Si Tanggang reimagines one of Malaysia's most beloved folktales through the unique artistry of Teochew iron-rod puppetry. Blending traditional puppetry techniques with contemporary storytelling, the production explores ambition, identity and filial piety, inviting audiences to reflect on the choices we make and the values we uphold.

《Si Tanggang》以馬來西亞家喻戶曉的民間傳說為藍本，透過潮州鐵枝木偶戲重新演繹這段經典故事。演出融合傳統操偶技藝與當代表演語彙，探討夢想、身份認同與孝道等主題，引領觀眾重新思考成功、家庭與人生價值。

Iron Gang Puppet Theatre (鐵枝幫) is the contemporary performance division of Teochew Puppet & Opera House, dedicated to preserving and reimagining the traditional art of Teochew iron-rod puppetry through original productions, education and artistic collaboration.
