TAS Academy Final Showcase - Bullies, Beware!

Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of courage, creativity, and compassion as 150 students from The Actors Studio Academy @ klpac take on BULLIES, BEWARE! - by standing up for one another, embracing our differences, and building a kinder community.

The excitement unfolds across a diverse lineup of whimsical tales and thought-provoking original works, featuring enchanting pieces like The Giant Pumpkin, The Island of Misfit Toys, Gift of The Sun, Big Red and the Little Wolf, and The Ghost Whisperer. Audiences will also be treated to powerful, fresh narratives penned specially for this showcase such as SEEN, Missed Calls, and Aces and Flunks.

From the first time in the history of The Actors Studio Academy’s Speech and Drama programme, BULLIES, BEWARE! marks our Pentas 1 mainstage debut. A bigger stage definitely means more awesome young talent onstage - a fitting conclusion to the third semester of our Speech and Drama programme for 2026.

The Actors Studio Academy @ klpac’s popular Pre-School Speech & Drama Programme (3 to 6 years old) and Speech & Drama Programme (7 to 18 years old) runs all year round with three semesters per year and a choice of Saturday and Sunday classes. About The Actors Studio Academy @klpac
Founded by Dato’ Dr. Faridah Merican and Joe Hasham OAM, The Actors Studio Academy is a pioneer in arts education in Malaysia.

The Academy’s very first class in 1992 comprised theatre luminaries and the crème de la crème of the industry today such as Tiara Jacquelina Eu, Patrick Teoh, Leslie Dawson, Ramli Hassan, Jeffery Nicholson and Fawziah Nawi.

Students from as young as three years old have a clear pathway to grow with us, learn from artiste-educators with hands-on experience in the industry and enjoy klpac’s full-fledged professional facilities.

Besides its year-round Speech and Drama programmes, the Academy also customise specialist training programmes for arts groups, schools, drama teachers as well as corporates under its corporate training arm. It also conducts outreach programmes for the underprivileged and underserved.
