About

POLY Synopsis:

A criminal's attempt, a cult's obsession, and a couple's turmoil that begs the question: WILL THEY ESCAPE?

POLY is a surreal exploration of three different takes on “Poly”—polygraph, polygon, and polygamy that offers a glimpse into distorted realities where characters struggle with broken communication, blurred truths, and the feeling of losing touch with what’s real.

In Polygraph, a detective’s search for answers in a murder case becomes a strange and twisted journey, tangled in deception and shifting motives. In Polygon, a cult driven by materialism spins out of control as its members compete for more and more, revealing the emptiness at the core of their desires. Polygamy shows the emotional chaos of a cheating spouse dealing with betrayal, anger, and the desperate search for a way out.

As POLY unfolds, it weaves together mystery, humour, and big questions about life, encouraging audiences to laugh and reflect. As each story builds, the line between what’s real and what’s not begins to blur, leaving us to wonder: are these twisted realities so different from our own?

CONTENT WARNING: For mature audiences. Depictions of violence & flashing lights

Relaxed Show: Minor changes will be made for the Relaxed Show to accommodate the neurodiverse community, such as reduction in sound levels, relaxed lighting and allowing access to exit anytime.

About FSKi Works:
Pronounced “fisky,” FSKi Works is driven by the purpose of “Disrupting Traditions, Irrupting Realities.” We reimagine local stories that challenge the boundaries of conventional theatre. While not everything we do is experimental, everything we create is crafted to be experiential, ensuring our audiences leave with unforgettable memories.

FSKi Works is led by actor, composer, producer, and playwright Ian Skatu, winner of the 2017 BOH Cameronian Arts Award for Best Innovation in Musical Theatre, alongside production manager Darien Kozar. Together, they bring bold, fresh perspectives to the stage.
