Tchaikovsky – The Great Romantic Master

After a two-year long pause, there is no stopping the klpac Orchestra. Fresh from its sold out run of Baroque Elegance in March, the klpac Orchestra is set to mesmerise music loverswith “Tchaikovsky – The Great Romantic Master” under the baton of Music Director and Resident Conductor Lee Kok Leong.

The concert opens with one of Tchaikovsky’s most well-known piano concertos - Piano Concerto No. 1 in Bb Minor, Op. 23 performed by concert pianist Dr Elaine Yap Sin Yee who has just completed her Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at Michigan State University. The concert then follows with the romantic Symphony No. 1 in G minor, Op. 13, widely known as “Winter Daydreams”.
