Dancebox September 2025

Dancebox (formerly The Dance Box Series) has been running since 2001. Initially established as a monthly dance platform, it was co-organised by MyDance Alliance and The Actors Studio Seni Teater Rakyat to showcase a diverse array of dance styles, featuring works by emerging and experimental choreographers. Over time, it has evolved into a curated mixed-bill performance, showcasing works-in-progress, experimental pieces by established artists, and fresh creations by emerging talents.

Supported by The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre, this edition of Dancebox will feature performances by Vivan Chia, Ethel Daniel, Sangametra Lam, Lau Beh Chin, Fara Ling, Hannah Moujing and Murni Omar.
