About Asia City Dance Academy

Established in 1996, Asia City Dance Academy is dedicated to dance education, stage training and artistic development.

Over the years, the academy has nurtured students through structured dance training, examinations, competitions and performance opportunities.

Beyond developing dance technique, the academy encourages students to build discipline, confidence, creativity, teamwork and a lasting appreciation for the performing arts.

In celebration of its 30th Anniversary, Asia City Dance Academy proudly presents BEYOND 30, a special concert that reflects the academy’s journey, the growth of its students and its continued commitment to dance education.

All audience members, including children aged 3 years old and above, are required to have a valid ticket for admission.

Admission Notice

• Audience members are advised to arrive early to allow sufficient time for ticket checking and seating.

• Doors will open at 7:30 PM, and the performance will begin at 8:00 PM.

• Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, subject to the organiser’s and venue’s arrangement.

• Latecomers may be required to wait outside the theatre until an appropriate entry time is available.

• Please follow the instructions of the organiser and venue staff at all times.

Photography & Videography

• Photography and videography are allowed during the performance.

• However, flash photography is strictly prohibited.

• Audience members are kindly reminded to remain seated while taking photos or videos and must not block the view of other audience members.

• Please keep mobile phones on silent mode and avoid using bright screens, additional lighting equipment, tripods or any equipment that may disturb the performers or affect the theatre experience.

Food & Drinks

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the theatre.

• Audience members are kindly requested to finish all food and drinks before entering the performance hall.

Refund Policy

• All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Please check the event date, time, ticket category and selected seat carefully before completing your purchase.

• Lost, damaged or unused tickets will not be refunded or replaced, subject to the ticketing platform’s terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Every audience member aged 3 years old and above must hold a valid ticket for admission.
2. All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Tickets are valid only for the selected date, time, category and seat stated on the ticket.
4. Audience members are responsible for checking their ticket details before completing their purchase.
5. Doors will open at 7:30 PM. Audience members are encouraged to arrive early.
6. Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, subject to the organiser’s and venue’s arrangement.
7. Photography and videography are allowed, but flash photography is strictly prohibited.
8. Audience members must not stand, block walkways, obstruct the view of others or disturb the performers during the performance.
9. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched to silent mode throughout the performance.
10. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the theatre.
11. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, performance order, performers, event details or seating arrangements when necessary.
12. The organiser reserves the right to stop any behaviour that may disturb the performance, affect the performers or interfere with the experience of other audience members.
13. Audience members who fail to follow the organiser’s or venue’s instructions may be asked to leave the theatre.
14. The organiser reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.
