About

Let the Earth Hold You

A Mindful Yoga & Nature Connection Experience

Co-created by Flow with Serene & Terapi Alam

Sometimes, what we need is not another thing to achieve, but a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

Let the Earth Hold You is a gentle 3-hour mindful yoga and nature connection experience that invites you to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, sensory awareness, quiet reflection, tea, and sharing.

Created by Flow with Serene and Terapi Alam, this experience combines mindful yoga, somatic movement, and nature connection practices to create a safe and nurturing space where you can pause, be present, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

This is not a fitness class or hiking activity. It is a slow and gentle wellbeing experience designed for anyone seeking rest, grounding, and a deeper connection with themselves.

No prior yoga, meditation, or nature experience is required. Everyone is welcome.

About the Facilitators

Flow with Serene

Serene is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and trauma-informed somatic yin yoga teacher with a calm and grounding approach to teaching.

Before beginning her yoga journey, she spent over 7 years in corporate sales, where she witnessed how stress can quietly accumulate and how emotional wellbeing is often overlooked in busy daily lives.

Through yoga and breathwork, Serene discovered a pathway to reconnect with the body, return to the present moment, and cultivate inner balance.

Her teaching style is mindful and supportive, creating a safe space for participants to slow down, listen to their bodies, release tension, and reconnect with themselves through gentle movement and awareness.

Terapi Alam

Terapi Alam is a nature-based wellbeing initiative that supports people in reconnecting with themselves and the natural world through forest bathing, sensory awareness, mindfulness, and environmental education.

Founded by an environmental educator and certified forest bathing guide, Terapi Alam combines nature connection practices with a deeper understanding of our relationship with the living world.

Through gentle invitations in nature, Terapi Alam creates spaces for participants to slow down, awaken their senses, and rediscover moments of presence, calm, and connection.
