The Art of Noticing with Petit Moi & Pause
This World Mental Health Day, Petit Moi is partnering with Pause, led by Yasmin, a well-established facilitator who regularly guides reflective workshops that create safe and meaningful spaces for self-discovery. Together, we invite you to slow down and embrace The Art of Noticing, a gentle reminder to be present, breathe deeply and reconnect.
The Art of Noticing is a guided 50-minute experience where participants will explore how simple awareness can shift the way we see ourselves and our lives. Yasmin will lead us through:
- A short grounding activity to settle the body and mind
- Reflective writing prompts to guide personal exploration
- Moments of shared reflection within a safe and supportive space
- A closing circle to integrate and hold the experience together
This workshop is open to anyone who feels called to pause, notice and reflect whether you’re a mother, student, or working professional.
✨ Each participant will also receive a thoughtfully curated door gift from Petit Moi. This includes:
- A pastry box prepared by Flaaah.
- Your choice of coffee or matcha from Amal Coffee.
- A few fun Petit Moi goodies.
- Plus, notepads and pens provided for the reflective writing exercises.
