For two nights only, experience a musical with interactive and immersive storytelling, Mawar Putih Mawar Merah brings you on a journey through love, friendship and forgiveness.
Presented primarily in Malay and English with a little Peranakan lingo, the performance is accessible to all, with English subtitles provided.

ABOUT KRATE:
From the creative minds behind The Missing Diamonds at The Baba Nyonya Museum Melaka (2023) and the recent stand out production The Great Gossip (2024), and The Best Nyonya Musical (2022-2025), Mawar Putih Mawar Merah is the newest original musical drama written and directed by Wee Shyre May, Music by The Music Guy, Yohan Nadav.
Based in Melaka and established in 2016, Krate Creative Space is a theatre production company specialising in interactive and immersive performances that highlight cultural elements. With more than 10 plays under its belt, Krate continues to inspire and support local artists while contributing to the growth of the performing arts industry in Melaka.
