1. How do I pick-up my book?
Pick up will be from klpac’s Box Office. Please contact our team at klpac via +6018-227 7212 (WhatsApp / Call) to arrange a pick-up time.

klpac Box Office operating hours:
Non-show days: 10.00am – 6.00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Show days: 10.00am – 8.00pm (for evenings with performances)

2. How long will delivery take?
As we are a small team, orders will be processed at the end of each week before shipment is arranged the following week. Thank you for your patience and support.

3. What is your return / refund policy for books?
We accept returns / refunds only if the book is:
● Damaged upon arrival
● Misprinted
● Incorrect (wrong book)
* Returns / refunds must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns / refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.*

4. How do I request a return or refund?

7. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
