1. How do I pick-up my book?
Pick up will be from klpac’s Box Office. Please contact our team at klpac via +60 18-227 7212 (WhatsApp / Call) to arrange a pick-up time.

klpac Box Office operating hours:
Non-show days: 10.00am – 6.00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Show days: 10.00am – 8.00pm (for evenings with performances)

2. How long will delivery take?
As we are a small team, orders will be processed at the end of each week before shipment is arranged the following week. Once it has been shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number. Thank you for your patience and support.

3. What is your return / refund policy for books?
We accept returns / refunds only if the book is:
● Damaged upon arrival
● Misprinted
● Incorrect (wrong book)
* Returns / refunds must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns / refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.*

4. How do I request a return or refund?

● Photo evidence (for damaged or incorrect items).

5. Can I cancel or amend my order after confirmation?

6. How do I request a bulk purchase?

7. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
