This 4-day, 30-hour intensive workshop introduces the foundations of Playback Theatre through experiential learning, personal stories, improvisation and ensemble work.

谁是带领人？｜Meet the Facilitator谢尚斌 Shangbin｜新加坡 Singapore

谢尚斌是一名独立剧场表演者及 Playback Theatre 一人一故事剧场实践者。自2014年起参与剧场与舞蹈演出，并于2016年开始接触 Playback Theatre。   

2017年，他加入由 Michael Cheng 组建的中文 Playback 团队，后来发展成为中英双语的好久不见剧团，尚斌也是创始成员之一。 

多年来，他持续跟随不同 Playback Theatre 前辈学习，累积超过 650小时专业培训。2024年12月完成第四阶 Playback Theatre Leadership 培训。

Shangbin is a Singapore-based independent theatre performer and Playback Theatre practitioner. He has been involved in theatre and dance productions since 2014 and began his Playback Theatre journey in 2016.In 2017, he joined a Chinese-language Playback group initiated by Michael Cheng, which later evolved into the bilingual Long Time No See Playback Theatre, where he became one of its founding members.Throughout his journey, Shangbin has trained with senior Playback Theatre practitioners and accumulated over 650 hours of Playback Theatre training—well beyond the 270 hours typically completed by a Leadership graduate.He completed Level 4 Playback Theatre Leadership training in December 2024.
