Insight Out is Arising Dance Academy’s annual recital, showcasing the growth and progress of our students over the past year through expressive and vibrant dance.
 

This powerful production explores five core emotions—Joy, Sadness, Anger, Calm, and Fear—brought to life through captivating choreography and heartfelt movement. The performance unfolds in three acts, taking audiences on an emotional journey from awakening and inner conflict, to healing, understanding, and joyful celebration.

Joining us as guest performers are WuXu Dance Troupe, ArtRoom Studio, and W.I.P x DRP. bringing even more artistry and depth to the stage.
 

The evening will also feature ADA’s annual in-house prize award ceremony, recognizing the achievements and dedication of our dancers.

我们也很荣幸邀请到 WuXu Dance Troupe、ArtRoom Studio与W.I.P x DRP 作为演出嘉宾，共同为观众带来更多元的艺术感动。

此外，演出当天还将举行学院年度颁奖典礼，表彰学生们在舞蹈路上的努力与成就。
