Dancebox April 2025

Dancebox (formerly The Dance Box Series) has been running since 2001. It was initially conceived as a monthly dance event, it was co-organized by MyDance Alliance and The Actors Studio Seni Teater Rakyat to showcase a diverse range of dance styles, including works from emerging and experimental choreographers. Over time, it has evolved into a mixed-bill performance, featuring works in progress, experimental pieces by established artists, and new creations by emerging talents.

Supported by The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre, this edition of Dancebox will feature performances by Fione Chia, Winnie Xuan, Kien Faye, Nurul Sofia, Lina Nabilah, Haizam Azman, Alexter Tingang, and Shu-May Dance Company.
