Nightscapes in Gouache Workshop

Learn to paint magical galaxies and night-caps with gouache!

Are you a stargazer and night dreamer?

Have you always wanted to learn to paint magical galaxies and nightscapes? 

If so then this is for you!This Gouache Nightscape class will focus on learning the basics of gouache, blending and colour mixing focusing on colours of the night sky. You will learn how to paint 4 different mini nightscapes using the skills you have learnt. At the end of the session, you will be able to go home and start creating your own simple nightscapes using using the skills you have learnt.

Materials Provided:

The following materials will be provided for class use only, but you can also bring your own:

1. Angle brush (mid-large sized 8-14)

2. Round brush size 4 and 6

3. Gouache paint set

4. Paper

Instructor Biodata
Praveenna (@praveennareadsandquills) is a doctor who loves to paint in her free time and has turned painting into a small side business of selling hand painted pens (@pqpaintedpens)She started painting 4 years ago as a way to destress after long hours at work. What started as a recreational project grew into something she completely fell in love with and wanted to delve deeper into. She started joining workshops, online classes and courses. Painting became a way to reconnect with herself and nature. Having explored different mediums and learning from a variety of instructors with so many different techniques; she now wants to teach others in a simplified and stepwise manner that will help them unlock their own journey into art.
