我们是一群想穿西装的小孩，总想在拍摄当天优雅地说出‘Martini Shot’，但更多时候内心是喊着‘Delay No More’。我们是一群难掩真性情的成年人，总想正襟危坐，光鲜亮丽地说点场面话，但又掩盖不住心里的各显神通，不可名状的灵魂。这次影展，我们端出四杯短片，浅尝人心的几种转变，关于亲情，友情，道德，期盼。

We are kids who dream of wearing suits, hoping to call out “Martini Shot” with style on set—yet more often, we’re screaming “Delay No More” in our heads.We are grown-ups who try to stay composed and say the right things, but our untamed spirits and quirks always find a way to break through.For this showcase, we serve up four short films—four glasses of stories, each offering a sip of the emotional shifts we all face: in family, friendship, morality, and hope.

影展形式 Filmfest Structure

新纪元大学学院戏剧与影像系历届毕业生曾举办不少巡回影展，跨越各校与州属，进 行毕业影展。<Martini shot>也不例外。我们将展开为期 7 天的巡回影展，带着 4 部作 品到各州或学校进行播映，并借此机会与学生、师长及公众深入交流创作理念与制作 经验。 闭幕放映当天我们将会邀请业界影人参与毕业生作品的讲评。  

Graduates from the Department of Drama and Visuals at New Era University College have organized many touring film festivals in the past, traveling across schools and states to showcase their graduation works. Martini Shot is no exception. We will be launching a 7-day touring film festival, bringing 4 works to different states for screening, and taking this opportunity to engage in in-depth exchanges with students, lecturers, and the public about our creative concepts and production experiences. On the closing day, we will invite industry professionals to participate in the review and commentary of the works.

1. 《一路向南》All the Way South

漂泊在吉隆坡的送货员陈志楠，在离职前的最后一趟送货旅途中，被迫重新面对父母的期望与自我否定。

Chen Zhi Nan, a deliveryman drifting in Kuala Lumpur, is forced to confront his parents’ expectations and his own self-doubt during his final delivery trip before quitting his job. 

2.《野狗》Stray Dog

疫情封锁期间，在一个荒凉的村里，一位善良的老妇人、一个自私的村长和一个游离在生存边缘的流浪汉相遇——他们为生存所驱使，为信仰所困扰，为道德所考验。

During the pandemic lockdown in a desolate village, a kind old woman, a selfish village chief, and a homeless drifter living on the edge of survival cross paths — driven by the will to survive, troubled by faith, and tested by morality.

3.《月亮离开之前》 Before the Moon is Gone

在月亮可能消失的夜晚，阿圆受舅舅所托回到旧家打扫。儿时与母亲的回忆一路浮现，从曾经的不珍惜到如今的物是人非。

On the night when the moon might vanish, Ayuan returns to his old home to clean, entrusted by his uncle. Along the way, childhood memories with his mother resurface — from past neglect to the present sense of loss. 

4.《我想和你见一面》 Met with LeavingCham

她在剧场中一遍遍修改剧本，只为寻找那句始终没能说出的台词；现实与记忆交错闪回，那段被误解、被压抑、却始终无法放下的友情，终在舞台灯下迎来她真正的独白。

In the theater, she revises the script over and over, searching for the line she never managed to say. As reality and memory intertwine in flashes, the friendship once misunderstood, suppressed, yet never forgotten, finally finds its true voice beneath the stage lights.
