[WORKSHOP] Children Chinese Classical Dance

課程內容
課程內容包括中國古典舞基本功訓練、身體協調性和靈活性、關節柔軟度及音樂節拍感等訓練，配合編排舞蹈片段及組合。

分成三大部分：
1.認識中國古典舞與中國民族民間舞
2.如何訓練小孩對身體各部位進行鬆弛、伸展、柔軟度和靈活運動的初
步訓練，以及認識身體部位的左與右。
3. 如何培養小孩愉快學習舞蹈心態，對中國舞蹈的興趣的熱愛。

Course Content:
The course includes fundamental training in Chinese classical dance, focusing on basic skills, body coordination, flexibility, joint flexibility, and musicality. It also involves learning choreographed dance sequences and combinations.

The course objectives are mainly categorised into these three parts:
1. Understanding Chinese classical dance and Chinese ethnic folk dance.
2. Teaching children how to relax, stretch, improve flexibility, and engage in preliminary training for different body parts while understanding the concept of left and right.
3. Cultivating a joyful learning attitude in children towards dance and fostering a love and passion for Chinese dance.

《舞續舞集》舞團藝術總監，從小就習舞，舞蹈背景有中國古典舞、芭蕾舞、現代舞.曾在亞洲音樂劇製作公司當全職舞蹈員（2012-2016），以《雪域上的光芒-文成公主》音樂劇亚洲巡演.並在第13屆BOH Cameronian Arts Awards提名最佳舞者。
