MARSU ON STAGE

For this show, especially designed for the French Festival in Kuala Lumpur, Marsu and her two musicians will be revisiting French classical songs and mixing their songs.

Here are some of the artists whose repertoires the trio will be revisiting: Françoise Hardy, Juliette Gréco, France Gall, Gainsbourg, Christophe, Edith Piaf, Aznavour.. & more.
With two members of the show « Les Franglaises » on stage, it would have been sad not to play the French translations of some of pop music's hits? « Queen »...sorry « Reine » and its famous rock hit « Don’t stop me now » Or.. Gloria Gaynor’s «I will survive » French trad. « Je vais survivre » to add a touch of humour and poetry to the show!

As part of the show, Marsu will also perform her own songs. The Malaysian audience will also have the delight to discover some of her latest releases. Catchy melodies, a vocal interpretation that always serves the text, daring musical productions: five singles will be released successively from April to December 2024.
