About the Instructor

Jan Audimulam is a workplace wellbeing professional and mindfulness trainer who swaps her PC for printing blocks whenever she can. After picking up the craft of printmaking at the Indian Heritage Centre and STPI Gallery in Singapore, she began blending centuries-old techniques with modern mindfulness, guiding people to slow down, create patterns, and make art purely for joy. Her workshops show how the rhythmic flow of pattern-making can quiet the mind, making mindfulness accessible to anyone.
