Create Your Soundtrack

Make Your Own Soundtrack is a hands-on workshop where music, film, and imagination come together. Guided by artist-mentors and musicians—including Negeri Sembilan's renowned caklempong player Ujang, percussion masters, and international instrumentalists—participants will discover how live music brings silent films to life.

Choose from a wide range of instruments and sound-makers, including piano, percussion, caklempong, and fun sound effects, then work together to create a live soundtrack to a short Charlie Chaplin film clip. No previous musical experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment!
