Henna on Canvas
Ticketing
About
This isn't your typical art class. Think sip and paint but, with a henna twist. We are moving tradition from skin to canvas, blending the intricate precision of mehendi with vibrant acrylic art. Whether you are a seasoned artist or have never held a henna cone before, this experience is designed to unlock your creative potential.
Step into a world where ancient traditional arts meets the digital pulse. Henna on Canvas is an immersive, multi-sensory cultural experience curated by Beats N Bru, in conjunction with KL Festival 2026.
The Workshop Experience
Part 1: Henna on Canvas
Join a guided 2-hour masterclass led by Freshinkmehendi, a brand with over a decade of mastery in the craft. You will learn to draw and paint traditional motifs onto permanent 10cm x 20cm canvases using professional-grade acrylics delivered through traditional henna cones.
Part 2: Tradition Meets Technology (An audiovisual immersive experience)
As you create, your work becomes part of the atmosphere. Hand-drawn motifs are captured and digitally projected across the space in real-time. This immersive visual evolution—synchronized to a curated "Zen-Fusion" soundscape—transforms the room into a living, breathing digital cultural installation. Showing you how we keep our shared heritage alive today.
Oh, also....your ticket doesn't just cover the workshop—it’s an all-access pass to the rooftop! From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the energy shifts to the Dou Houz rooftop for a high-vibe afternoon social. We call it, The Bru-Top Social!
