Welcome to The Bru-Top Socials, a rooftop celebration of Malaysian identity, rhythm, and connection. Nestled on the rooftop of Dou Houz, we are reclaiming the party scene with a high-energy, alcohol-free inclusive format. Think coffee raves, at the rooftop! 

Whether you are joining us after the Henna on Canvas workshop or coming specifically for the music, expect an atmosphere that bridges the gap between heritage and the future.

What’s the Vibe? From 2000s & 2010s nostalgia to high-energy cultural anthems, our lineup of rising local DJs will be spinning a diverse range of genres:

• Throwback Energy: 2000s & 2010s hits (maybe Bieberchella vibes? but confirm sing-along bops)
• Multicultural Pulse: Bollywood bangers, Tamil Kuthu, Dangdut, Mandopop, Borneon Tribal mixes and global fusions.
• Live Elements: Guest instrumentalists and live percussionists blending traditional sounds with modern beats.

Sip, Snack & Socialize Fuel your afternoon with our curated F&B Pop-Ups. We’ve partnered with local makers to bring you artisanal bites and refreshing brews that keep the energy high from 3:00 PM until the sun sets over the KL skyline at 8:00 PM.

Our Commitment: The Safe Space The Bru-Top Sessions are built on the pillars of local artist empowerment and community safety. This is a 100% family-friendly environment—inclusive, high-energy, and open to all who want to celebrate Malaysian talent.
