A Taste of Tradition (Tour of Rumah Penghulu + Lunch Deal at OpenHouse)

No. 2 Jalan Stonor is home to Rumah Penghulu Abe Seman, a hidden gem of Kuala Lumpur’s heritage landscape. This traditional Malay house was first built in 1910 and remains standing over a century later.

Badan Warisan, in collaboration with the KL Festival, is offering a full tour of Rumah Penghulu, covering its history, architecture, and providing a deep dive into the rich culture of the Malay world.

In addition, you will have an opportunity to enjoy a delicious heritage lunch set, either before or after the tour, at the popular Open House restaurant. The lunch set is available at a special festival price of RM59 instead of the usual RM79. Experience a complete cultural journey through the old days of Kuala Lumpur.

All ticket purchases are to be made on-site at The Badan Warisan Heritage Centre on the day of the tour.
