The Lycée Français de Kuala Lumpur is proud to present an exceptional musical evening: a Charity Piano Recital by the internationally renowned concert duo, Yan Fei & Zhang Lei. Prepare to be transported on "A Musical Journey Through Dances and Fantasies," a program rich in colors, rhythms, and emotions. From the vivacity of Dvořák's Slavonic Dances to the captivating melodies of Brahms' Hungarian Dances, alongside French masterpieces (Poulenc) and Asian gems (Li Huanzhi, DU NingWu), this four-hand recital promises an unforgettable experience for all.
Yan Fei and Zhang Lei are not only virtuosos celebrated for their technique and expressiveness; they are passionate artists whose careers have led them from the stages of Paris's greatest conservatories to international festivals. Trained in France at the École Normale de Musique de Paris and the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris, these award-winning concert artists are also dedicated educators, having nurtured a generation of young talents. Their presence in Kuala Lumpur is an honor and a rare opportunity to witness a performance of this caliber.
