About

House Of Others (2025)

An immersive 90-minute play that draws inspiration from Sarawakian folklore and children’s horror movies.

It entails the hopes of a dying mother, Carla who wishes for the everlasting joy of her children. From this final wish, the story spirals toward her eldest son. Raphael, a man molded by Western culture becomes the very vessel of his mother’s wish.

"But what does joy mean in a house haunted by memory? Will Carla’s wish be fulfilled? Is this Sarawakian household really like the others?"

Step inside. Let the story unravel.

Genre: Drama & Fantasy.

This production contains vulgar language and slight violence. Viewer discretion is advised.

Exploring familial love and child trauma through the haunting beauty of Puteri Naga Bari and the eerie wonder of Coraline.

Whether it’s batik or Beetlejuice, we’re here for it. Dress traditional or go full Tim Burton/Henry Selick.
