WACKY DOUBLE BILL: Borong & Encyclopedia

WACKY DOUBLE BILL is about quirky characters, tense situations, tricky language and delicious dialogue. Brought together by a powerhouse team, WDB is made up of two plays by Adriana Nordin Manan (Best Original Script, BCAA 2024).

BORONG tells the story of two colleagues who have to scale a very steep learning curve. Comrades on a mission, will they get to enjoy the fruits of their labour? Starring Aloeng Silalahi and Hazzy Alzeeq, directed by Qiu Qatina.

ENCYCLOPEDIA takes place on both sides of an interview. Talking about language, the value of 50 ringgit and words often unspeakable, the characters make us wonder: who gets the last word? Starring Aniq Durar and Megat ‘Adli, directed by Jazzie Lee Jin Jye.

Best Enjoyed if Bilingual - Borong is in the Malay language. Encyclopedia is in the English language. There are no surtitles.
