I’m a freelance Front-of-House (FOH) crew member with experience across 40+ live shows, with my foundation built at Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC).

I’ve handled ticket scanning, ushering, and audience management, keeping operations smooth, organised, and on time. I’m comfortable in fast-paced environments, whether managing latecomers, enforcing house rules, or coordinating with the team in real time.

I’ve also supported beverage/kiosk operations, handled cashless and card payments, and managed guest needs during peak periods. I’m comfortable working with everyone from general audiences to VIPs, always aiming to create a welcoming and stress-free experience.

I’ve had opportunities to take on team lead roles, running briefings, supporting hands-on training, and helping ensure FOH runs smoothly throughout the show.
