Gouache Painting Workshop: Peter Rabbit

Do you love Peter Rabbit?

Have you always wanted to paint from your favourite childhood books and characters?

Have you been wanting to learn gouache but don't know where to start?

If so then this is for you! 

This Peter Rabbit inspired gouache class will focus on learning the basics of gouache, blending and colour mixing. You will learn how to paint Peter Rabbit themed usable artwork using the skills you have learnt. At the end of the session, you will go home with a self made Peter Rabbit bookmark, postcard and greeting card. 

The following materials will be provided for class use only, but you can also bring your own:

1. Round brush size 0, 2

2. Gouache paint

3. Watercolour paper

About the Instructor

Praveenna (@praveennareadsandquills) is a doctor who loves to paint in her free time and has turned painting into a small side business of selling hand painted pens (@pqpaintedpens)She started painting 4 years ago as a way to destress after long hours at work. What started as a recreational project grew into something she completely fell in love with and wanted to delve deeper into. She started joining workshops, online classes and courses. Painting became a way to reconnect with herself and nature. Having explored different mediums and learning from a variety of instructors with so many different techniques; she now wants to teach others in a simplified and stepwise manner that will help them unlock their own journey into art.
