Khenpo Pem Tsheri Sherpa — Introduction

Khenpo Pem Tsheri Sherpa is a respected Buddhist scholar, meditation master, and spiritual teacher of the Palyul Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Born in Dolakha, Nepal, he entered Namdroling Monastery at the age of nine and devoted his life to Buddhist study, meditation, practice, and service.

He completed extensive studies in Buddhist philosophy at the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, earning advanced degrees and later receiving the title Khenpo from H.H. Karma Kuchen Rinpoche in 2018.

Khenpo Pem has received numerous major empowerments and lineage transmissions from highly respected masters of the Nyingma tradition. His teachings focus on Buddhist philosophy, meditation, Sutra and Tantra, Palyul Nyingma teachings, and Dzogchen (Great Perfection).

With many years of teaching experience in Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia, he has guided students and Buddhist communities internationally. He is also experienced in traditional Buddhist rituals, pujas, and Cham practices.

Today, Khenpo Pem Tsheri Sherpa continues to serve as a spiritual leader and teacher, travelling internationally to share the Buddha's teachings and to benefit both individuals and communities.

彭次仁·夏尔巴堪布（Khenpo Pem Tsheri Sherpa）简介

彭次仁·夏尔巴堪布是藏传佛教*宁玛派巴玉传承（Palyul Nyingma）*的一位资深佛学学者、禅修导师与精神导师。出生于尼泊尔多拉卡地区，自幼便对佛法产生深厚信心，9岁时进入印度南卓林寺接受系统的佛学与僧侣教育，并将一生投入佛法的学习、修行与弘扬。

堪布彭次仁曾在*宁玛佛学院（Ngagyur Nyingma Institute）接受多年严格的佛学训练，深入学习佛教哲学、中观、般若、因明、戒律、经续以及宁玛派大圆满等教法，并取得佛学硕士学位。2018年，他由噶玛库钦仁波切（H.H. Karma Kuchen Rinpoche）*授予“堪布”学位。

多年来，他依止众多高僧大德，接受了包括*《大宝伏藏》（Rinchen Terdzö）、宁玛续部、金刚橛、时轮金刚*等重要灌顶、口传与传承教法。

堪布彭次仁长期在世界各地弘法，曾于亚洲、欧洲、北美及澳大利亚等地区教授佛法。他的教学主要涵盖佛教哲学、禅修、显密佛法、宁玛派教法以及大圆满修行，同时也精通传统佛教仪轨、法会及羌姆舞等。

目前，堪布彭次仁·夏尔巴继续致力于佛法教育与弘扬，并通过世界各地的教学、禅修及佛教活动，帮助更多人认识佛法、培养慈悲与智慧，利益自己与他人。

参与前准备

为了以清净的身、语、意迎接绿度母的加持，敬请参与者于灌顶日前一日或当天尽量遵守以下准备事项：

肉类及鱼类（建议素食）

酒精及任何令人昏沉、迷醉的物质

蒜、葱及五辛类食物

至少茹素24小时

衣着建议

请穿着整洁、端庄且适合参加佛法仪轨的服装。

建议穿着舒适衣物，当天将有静坐、观修及接受加持等环节。

心态准备

请怀着恭敬、开放的心参与法会。

发起慈悲心、善心，以及利益一切众生的愿心。
