This retreat is an invitation to come back into alignment.
Through gentle, guided exercises, conscious breathing, and deep body awareness practices, we will explore the integrated relationship between your center and your foundation. You’ll learn to let go of the unnecessary gripping that holds you back, discovering how a supported spine can lead to an effortless stride.

About trainer
Zoe, formerly a pharmacist, reached a turning point after a sports injury left her facing the prospect of surgery. Determined to find a more sustainable path to healing, she explored movement, body awareness, and holistic health practices that transformed her understanding of health and the body's capacity to heal.
Through years of practice, Zoe gradually overcame her chronic lower back pain and long-standing sciatica. Today, she shares practical, gentle approaches to spine health and mindful movement, helping others improve posture, move with greater ease, and reconnect with their bodies.
