Ticketing Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Categories
All tickets are sold by seating zone category only.
• VIP Zone – RM138
• Standard Zone – RM88
No seat numbers will be assigned.
2. Additional Ticket Purchases
Families who wish to sit together are encouraged to purchase tickets within the same seating category.
For example, if a performer family receives 2 Complimentary VIP Tickets and wishes to sit together with additional family members or friends, additional VIP tickets should be purchased.
3. Seating Policy
All seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis within the purchased ticket category.
No reserved or numbered seating will be provided.
4. VIP & Standard Zones
VIP ticket holders may sit anywhere within the VIP Zone.
Standard ticket holders may sit anywhere within the Standard Zone.
VIP ticket holders may choose to sit in the Standard Zone if they wish to sit together with family members or friends holding Standard tickets.
However, Standard ticket holders are not permitted to enter or occupy seats in the VIP Zone.
5. Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to manage seating arrangements and audience flow where necessary for safety and operational purposes.
By purchasing a ticket or accepting a complimentary ticket, all ticket holders agree to these Terms & Conditions.
