To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all the attendees, each ticket holder can only bring along ONE PET.

• Standard Ticket: RM 80.00 Include: Entry for 1 Person + 1 Pet
• Early Bird Ticket: RM 70.00 (end on 31 July 2026) 
• Twin Pass Bundle: RM 130.00 Include: Entry for 2 Persons + 2 Pets 
• Triple Pass Bundle: RM 180.00 Include: Entry for 3 Persons + 3 Pets 
• Group Value Pass: RM 230.00 Include: Entry for 4 Persons + 4 Pets 

Important Event Guidelines for Pet Owners:

1. Safety First: All pets must be fully vaccinated, healthy, and properly restrained at all times (dogs on secure leashes; cats in secure carriers or harnesses).
2. Pet Behavior: Owners are solely responsible for their pet's behavior and cleanliness. Please wear diapers and bring poop bags and clean up after your pet.
3. NGO Support: Feel free to drop by our dedicated NGO booths to learn about animal adoption, volunteer opportunities, or to make direct donations.

Terms & Conditions:

• Each ticket admits one (1) person and one (1) pet only.
• Early Bird and Group Bundle discounts cannot be combined.
• Each ticket holder is entitled to one (1) free pet health screening consultation for their accompanying pet.
• To maintain cleanliness, all pets must wear a pet diaper at all times within the event premises. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• All pets must be fully vaccinated, healthy, and properly secured on a leash, harness, or in a carrier at all times. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to aggressive or visibly unwell animals.
• Complimentary refreshments and beverages are provided to each ticket holder.
• Each ticket holder is entitled a goodie bag worth RM150 & lucky draw chances to win prizes (blood test packages) worth more than RM10,000 
• Owners are solely responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets. The organizers, venue management, and sponsors will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or illness sustained during the event.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Resale of the ticket is prohibited.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder whose behavior is disorderly or unbecoming.
