Watercolor Pop-Up Exhibition

The exhibition showcases a collection of watercolour paintings inspired by Kuala Lumpur’s streets, heritage buildings, temples, shophouses and everyday urban life. Through urban sketching and watercolour storytelling, the works capture scenes and moments that are often overlooked in the rhythm of city life, encouraging visitors to pause, observe and reconnect with the character of the city.

Khoo Choo Kian comes from a creative industry background and has developed a distinctive practice in urban sketching and watercolour painting. During the exhibition, visitors will have opportunities to meet the artist, learn about his creative journey, hear the stories behind selected artworks, and gain insights into the techniques and observations that shape his work.
