“From Waste to Wow” – Heat Press Upcycling Session

Take part in a meaningful hands-on experience at Earth Fest with our “From Waste to Wow” – Heat Press Upcycling Session, led by Tengah Island Conservation. This FREE workshop invites participants to discover how discarded plastic bottle caps can be transformed into colourful, reusable creations through simple heat press techniques.

In this session, participants will be guided through the creative process of upcycling plastic waste into new forms, helping to raise awareness about plastic pollution and the importance of sustainable living. It is a fun and educational experience that encourages creativity while reconnecting us to the value of reusing materials that are often thrown away.

Bring your own clean plastic bottle caps and claim your workshop for FREE. You are also welcome to bring extra caps to donate and support community recycling and future educational activities.

No prior experience is needed. This workshop is suitable for all ages and offers a hands-on opportunity to learn, create, and reflect on everyday waste in a new way.
