About

Following the risk management workshop, this session introduces well-being planning. Together with counsellor Dr. Chua Chee Heng, we will learn how to identify stressors and triggers, take supportive steps, and build resilience.

A personal well-being plan helps us prepare for challenges so we can focus on the art we wish to make. It also guides us in cultivating a culture of care within our communities.

This workshop is paired with Risk Management for Art Makers the previous day. You are encouraged to attend both but you may opt to attend only one.
