Join us for this deeply cleansing and empowering edition of the Women’s Learning Circle, where we explore Jal Neti, a traditional yogic nasal cleansing ritual that supports clear breathing, sinus health, and energetic clarity.

Jal Neti involves gently rinsing the nasal passages with warm salt water using a Neti pot; a practice known to reduce sinus issues, improve sleep, and enhance resilience during allergy or haze seasons. In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step in a safe, supportive, women-only space.

What You’ll Learn

  • What Jal Neti is and how it works
  • How to prepare the saltwater mix (food grade Himalayan salt will be provided)
  • Correct posture, pot handling, and flow technique
  • Kapalabhati breath (to clear nasal passage) and follow-up movements
  • Self-regulation tools for respiratory, emotional, and energetic balance

What to Bring

  • Clean Neti pot (extras available to borrow)
  • Small towel, 300–500ml water tumbler, yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing for gentle movement and breathwork

What You’ll Take Home

  • A calming, detoxifying ritual for everyday breath clarity
  • Practical tools for easing congestion, sleep challenges, and brain fog
  • Reduced reliance on decongestants and antihistamines
  • A ritual of self-care you can pass on to loved ones
  • Connection with a like-hearted circle of women

Facilitated by:

This session will be led by a trained women’s wellness practitioner with experience in yogic cleansing, breathwork, and nature-based healing. It is part of our Women’s Learning Circle series.

About Women’s Learning Circle

The Women’s Learning Circle is a peer-to-peer learning exchange hosted by Women’s Circle of Malaysia. It brings together women from all walks of life—educators, artists, farmers, healers, and everyday wisdom-holders—to share their knowledge in small, grounded, and heart-led gatherings. Each session centres around lived experience and community care, reconnecting us with ancestral knowledge, emotional wellbeing, and practical skills for life.

Want to share something?

If you’re a woman working in the creative arts, wellness, education, or sustainability and would like to share your knowledge or co-host a future circle, we’d love to hear from you.
