Presented by Women’s Circle of Malaysia, this immersive session combines freediving-inspired breath techniques with body-based healing and oceanic sound elements to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner calm.

Guided by NLP and SSI Mermaid Instructor Adelina Chan, this session is especially powerful for women navigating burnout, high-functioning stress, or emotional heaviness.

What to Expect:

– Guided wave-like breathwork to ocean rhythms

– Somatic release through breath-led movement

– Rest and integration supported by an ocean-inspired sound bath

– Gentle reflection to close
