Since childhood, Li Ling has always enjoyed playing with the make-believe—and as fate would have it, she stumbled into theatre during university one day and willingly fell down the rabbit hole. Though she now works in corporate, the characters she plays remind her to stay starry-eyed about life. With a background in accounting and finance, she often wonders why she spends too much money on matcha lattes. She hopes to open a matcha bar one day. When she isn’t on stage or obsessing over Excel pivot tables, she can be found overusing exclamation marks and rewatching The Devil Wears Prada.

She was last seen in Crayons Gone Wild (2025) and The Non-Essentials (2025) under Hush the Theatre KL's Resident Actor Program, Gayasma-24 (2024) under EJKLSSENI's The Young Blood Experiment Program (Priori Miasma), and Limbo (2024) under EJKLSSENI's The Open Door Project Volume 1.

Lew Li Ling

Qayleef is an emerging actor with a passion for both stage and screen. In 2024, he performed regularly in Playrush by Hush Theatre, showcasing his dedication to live theater. His stage work also includes Shit.Shampoo.Shower by EJKL Seni (2023). On screen, they starred in Anak Jantan by Tanah Liat Productions (2024) and Pasca Kaseh by Kualitea Productions (2023). Committed to honing his craft, Qayleef has participated in esteemed workshops, including Inside Outside Parts 1 & 2 by Jo Kukathas, the Meisner Workshop with Qahar Aqilah, and Laban and Script Analysis workshops with Abdul Muhaimin.

Bursting onto the theatre scene with his debut in the BCAA-nominated Amma Chellam in 2023, Naveen has since dived head-first into every corner of the industry. With on-stage credits in EJKLSSeni’s Garam and Amberjade Art’s Son of the Forest, his versatility shines through off-stage from technical roles as lighting operator (Rust-Scented Confetti) and surtitles operator (Fault Lines) to people-oriented roles as F.O.H (Dama Asia: All That Glitz and Glamour) and merchandise salesperson (Rhythm in Bronze: Seruan Setu). 

Furthermore, his writing and directing skills were honed through EJKLSSeni's mentoring program, The Young Blood Experiment (TYBE), and as a graduate of the April 2024 Cohort, he has written and directed Ammavin Thuru for Short+Sweet Theatre (2024) and Bloodnight Stains for Neo-Transcendental (2025). A relentless creative is who he is as he continues to be the beautiful force to be reckoned with.

Naveen Raja

Naveen A/L Harrie Raja Rahman

Tania Ashwini is a contemporary trained actor who attended the Australian Institute of Music in 2018. She also completed the Serious Acting Intermediate Course under Actors Emergence.

Since then, she has starred in two EJKL Seni plays, Places We Only Visit at 3AM (September 2023) and Three-Tailed Contradictions (December 2023). In August 2023, she played Jerry in Zoo Story with Actors Emergence. In 2024, she participated in three Playrush performances under Hush Theatre and was awarded “Best Newcomer” at Short + Sweet 2024.

 In 2025, She also participated in HUSH THE THEATRE'S “Theatre in motion project” In 2025, Tania stepped into new roles behind the scenes, as the Stage Manager for Moonu Kaaka Oru Vadai and Tech for Hush's Resident Actors and Directed and Wrote "Murder at the Jet". She has also gone back into acting, recently being in "LET ME GO" 

She’s continuing to follow her passion for acting and theatre for the rest of her life.

Tania Ashwini

JAZZIE LEE JIN JYE is a Malaysian Chinese multidisciplinary theatre-maker and storyteller. She does directing, movement, acting, and design. Co-founder of lowercase laboratories and has worked closely with Theatresauce as a designer-collaborator from 2021 to 2024. Jazzie values work that is sincere; collaborative; deeply human, often rooted in the exploration of memory; identity; and the inner world. She is a member of the autism spectrum and finds that making theatre is her way of processing the world around her. 

In 2024, she proudly represented Malaysia at the Asian Youth Theatre Festival (AYTF) in Chiang Mai, performing a street piece inspired by the Jalan Masjid India sinkhole incidents and co-facilitating a workshop on theatre's role in addressing environmental issues.

Outside of theatre, Jazzie specializes in designing posters, presentation decks, and publicity materials. Please hire her so she can feed herself. And she's often seen with her orange glasses and asking people to go karaoke with her.

Jazzie Lee Jin Jye

🪸 The lovechild of Puchong and Seremban, Deena Dakshini (she/they) is an interdisciplinary Tamil artist nesting in her rice bowl of writing. 

As a filmwriter/director to Haiku: A Neurodivergent Harmony (2023), Gasing (2024) and Kairu (2025), both their film and theatre work delves into cultural dissociation, community history, and feminism. 

Deena's exploration of theatre has revealed a profound connection to the stage, leading her to accept performing arts as her true calling. They are a part of Hush the Theatre's Resident Actors Programme 2025. Deena is also founder of the local Malaysian poetry community @toolismalaysia. 🪸
