Join @healbyhuda for a 90-minute workshop to help you feel your best while travelling. We will start with 20 minutes of yoga and breathing exercises to ease jet lag and body aches. Then, dive into an interactive session on managing travel health challenges like bloating, jet lag, and period discomfort. Learn how to nourish your body to fully enjoy your adventures, whether it's exploring a new city, trying new foods, or travelling with kids. Plus, receive a women's health nutrition guide in PDF format.
