PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

• In rare instances, alterations to the scheduled program or featured artist may be needed, as determined by management. Please understand that refunds or exchanges may not be available in these instances.

TICKETS

• Secure your tickets for all DER-MINT Prestige Club Bangsar events conveniently online up to 12 hours before the event.
• On-site ticket sales, if available, start 2 hours before the event begins.

VENUE DETAILS

• Locate us at 67-1, Jalan Ara, Bangsar Baru, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.
• DER-MINT Prestige Club Bangsar is on the first floor, above Neuchatel Time.
• Kindly note that there is no elevator access available.

ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE

• We kindly request patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to settle in, savor refreshments, and relax.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue; designated smoking zones are available outside.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

• If you've purchased tickets separately but wish to sit together, please send a WhatsApp request at least 48 hours before the event.
• While we'll do our best to accommodate, please understand that fulfilling all seating requests may be difficult.

REFUNDS & ALTERATIONS
