Synopsis
During a theater production's technical run-through, actors fail to show up, prompting the crew to take on dual roles. The play centers on a Malay family with a hidden secret: the daughters have different fathers but share the same mother. Maya, about to marry Johari, discovers his affair with her friend Sarah. As the wedding nears, tensions rise, especially for Maya's mother, who fears the family secret will be exposed. Maliah, an autistic child with a remarkable memory, communicates with a Chinese statue. Secrets are revealed: Maliah exposes the affair, while Maya's mother reveals the truth about Maya's father, leading to Maya calling off the wedding.
