Founded in Kuala Lumpur, JDEV Studios (pronounced “Jeh-dev,” not spelled out) is a Malaysian-led independent creative studio specialising in theatre and film that explore the inner lives of Malaysian families. Our work focuses on domestic settings, relationships, and interpersonal conflicts, unpacking the quiet tensions, unspoken truths, and emotional complexities that shape everyday life
