《地球孩子成长计划》是以戏剧教育为基础，艺术为媒介的综合艺术学科，通过多方面艺术塑造，让孩子的人格与身心都得到良好发展。《小剧蛋社会学剧场》老师会用表演，说故事，看影片，唱歌，游戏等不同的剧场表演呈现，来带入不同的环节。每个环节都是和当下选择的主题有关系。
