Rentak Kakies

RENTAK KAKIES is a national Street Dance & Kpop Dance Challenge Cup established by Ximply Arts Festival to promote Hip-Hop with its own Malaysian culture in Alor Setar. The aim of RENTAK KAKIES is to gather all the dancers from Malaysia, to unite them to experience the vibes of unity and promote their passion together. This event is to inspire the dancers to expose their passion in a creative, healthy, and influential way.

Highlights of the Competition:

We have invited over 18 renowned street dance and KPOP instructors from Malaysia to
participate in this dance extravaganza. They include:
● Lego Sam is the two-time Street Dance Breaking champion of the SEA Games and a national athlete who will represent Malaysia in the 2024 Olympic Games in France.
● Prominent professional street dance crew members from Malaysia's K.O.B Nation, such as Kim Superbism, Ruey Jyh, BearTeo, Peot, Bunny J, and Peot will serve as judges and performers.
● Notable KPOP instructor, Sean, from 1119 Entertainment .
● Renowned dance crews like SIM Studio, Liping & Namewee's collaboration dance crew ODD Dance Studio, Burger Lim, and Waack Bao.
