Ms Zhu Hanghong Associate is Professor at the Music School of Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art, Executive Director of the Ruan Professional Committee of the Chinese National Orchestral Society, Director of the Liuqin Professional Committee of the Chinese National Orchestral Society, President of the Ruan Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial National Orchestral Society, Executive Director of the Guzheng Professional Committee, Vice President of the Liuqin, Ruan, and Sanxian Committee of the Zhejiang Musicians Association, and Executive Director of the Guzheng Professional Committee.

The Zhejiang Youth Ruan Orchestra is affiliated with the Ruan Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial National Orchestral Society. With strong support from the Zhejiang Provincial National Orchestral Society, the orchestra was officially launched in September 2023, led by Zhu Hanghong, President of the Ruan Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial National Orchestral Society. The orchestra consists of primary and secondary school students from Hangzhou, ranging in age from 8 to 16.
