Brand New Day: A Symphonic Broadway Celebration

The Jeffrey Cheah Performing Arts Centre (JCPAC) will open with a gala concert that demonstrates the venue’s full capabilities in scale, acoustics, and production. The event brings together 10 soloists, supporting chorus, dancers and an orchestra.

The concert is conceived as a showcase of Malaysian talent elevated to international standards, complemented by regional collaboration. It highlights Sunway’s ecosystem, with alumni contributing both on stage and behind the scenes, reflecting the integration of education, industry, and opportunity.

This inaugural gala positions JCPAC as a new cultural landmark in Malaysia and the wider region, marking the beginning of its role as a centre for world-class performing arts.
