WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
A cozy get-together where you will find literary corners for local authors, book clubs and second-hand books, all under one roof.
Prepare to be intrigued by fascinating quirks of book readers and the lengths they would go to make their reading journey an adventurous and memorable one.
The highlights of this day will be the sharing sessions by readers of different genres (classic, children, YA, graphic novel, creative non-fiction etc) who will talk about their favourite books and why you should get them into your to-read list!
Whether you are new to this hobby or have been an avid reader all your life, RX will be the place for you to explore and identify your genre of interest, share your love for books and reading, and engage with other likeminded people.
Come one, come all. It’s time to reignite the passion for reading in the community of Kuching!

LOCAL AUTHOR – get to know their writing process and grab a copy or two of their books
FIRESIDE SESSIONS – with readers of diverse genre of interest
KUCHING’S COMMUNITY OF READERS – a time of fellowship, networking and engagement to reignite the passion for reading
