- Play & Release: A transformative drama improv workshop led by renowned artist Razif Hashim and inspired acclaimed film director Joey Lee. Rooted in the honest, inspiring themes of Joey’s celebrated work, Her Second Act, this session uses spontaneity and play to gently lower emotional barriers.
- Mind & Gut Nourishment: A communal Banana Leaf Rice lunch where Ganga Cafe co-founder Prabodh shares insights on how wholesome food supports well-being, paired with conversation prompts designed for genuine laughter and shared vulnerability.
- The Marketplace of Well-Being: A curated showcase of conscious regional and international makers featuring artisanal gut-health elixirs, slow-fermented sourdough, clean botanical skincare, fragrant washing sheets, sleep tech innovations, tactile mindful tools, and independent literature like Salted Fish Can Fly.
