About
At this guided nature walk + zine workshop, you'll learn all about the notable plants and animals commonly found along the Klang River from our knowledgeable guides. The guides will lead you through how these different species function in the ecosystem and how they interact with one another.
After the walk, participants will choose a specific species they learnt about or found along the Klang River and make a zine about it.
Through the zine jam, we hope to encourage participants to foster their curiosity about the world around them, through exploring facts and knowledge about the species they chose and examining why they chose it 🌿❤️
This activity is for ages 16 and above.
Participants are advised to wear a hat, covered shoes and long pants for the walk as there will be a rocky trail.
Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
