We Need To Talk is Kavin Jay’s unscripted crowdwork comedy show where the audience becomes the material.

No script. No fixed setlist. No hiding at the back and pretending you’re safe.

Every show is built in the room, from real conversations with real people, which means no two nights are ever the same. Kavin asks the questions, the audience shares the stories, and somehow, everyone ends up laughing about life, bad decisions, weird jobs, relationships, family, trauma, and whatever else the room decides to confess.

Kavin Jay is one of Malaysia’s most established stand-up comedians, known for his sharp, grumpy, brutally honest style of comedy. He has performed internationally and was the first Malaysian comedian to release a Netflix stand-up special, Everybody Calm Down!. He has also appeared on Comedy Central, BBC, ABC, and performed at comedy festivals and clubs around the world.
