About
Creative Mentoring with Goh Lee Kwang is an intensive program designed for individuals committed to content creation as a medium for self-discovery and disciplined practice. The course utilizes the Observation – Explore – Output (O-E-O) framework, a three-stage methodology designed to move participants from passive consumption toward independent thinking and meaningful creation.
The O-E-O process is fundamentally designed to refine sensory perception, facilitate rigorous experimentation, and empower the realization of authentic work:
- Observation: Developing sharper sensory perception and awareness.
- Explore: Facilitating experimentation and unconventional thinking.
- Output: Empowering the execution of an individual, authentic voice.
This program is tailored for those who want to move beyond passive learning and develop a more intentional, independent approach to creative and critical thinking, including:
- Emerging Creatives seeking direction and a stronger personal voice.
- Students & Young Professionals navigating creative uncertainty.
- Artists, Designers, Musicians, & Writers looking to break through stagnation or repetition.
- Self-Taught Learners looking for structure and deeper reflection.
- Entrepreneurs & Innovators interested in unconventional processes.
- Curious Minds wanting to sharpen their observation and execution skills.
A Note to Participants: O-E-O is designed to help you build a stronger relationship with how you think, observe, and create. The ultimate goal is for each participant to discover a more conscious, personal, and disciplined way of working and thinking.
